Our fresh pasta is made in accordance with our passed down family recipe and Italian culinary law. We use only durum flour, semolina flour and fresh eggs - no soft or all purpose flours are used. Our flour is direct from North Dakota and is exclusively grown once a year. The wheat we use is from the center of the chaff which results in higher protein, a better nutty flavor, and a low Glycemic index (fresh pasta breaks down slower in your system resulting in no glucose build up). Bottom line - more energy and no starch build up. Additionally, all our pasta is mixed in small consistent batches, proofed, hand laminated and cut. After the return authorization is issued, the user must ship, using a carrier of his choice and at his own expense, within 5 (five) working days from the date of authorization to return the purchased products, properly packaged in their original packaging, with closed package, accompanied by any accessories.

Once it has been verified that the returned product is completely intact in every part, Beva Srl undertakes to proceed with the reimbursement of the purchase price within and no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the request for withdrawal, upon receipt and verification of the returned product or demonstration by the consumer to have returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first. The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the consumer, in case of damage to the product during transport, the consumer will be notified, which must provide at his expense to the withdrawal of the same no later than 30 (thirty) days. After this period the product will be disposed of.

PACKAGING DETAILS

We ship food in thermal bags, which together with dry ice, will keep the products fresh. Most of the products here, especially cheeses, are vacuum-sealed, so it’s even more assured that they will be fresh upon arrival.

After we receive the order (and the payment has been confirmed), we prepare the shipment in 24h and then we pass it to the major couriers for delivery, which will take 2-3 business days. We ship with United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS; whichever carrier is more economical.

Please note:

• If you make an order during the weekend (as well as holidays) we will wait until the next working day to prepare the shipment for delivery.
• Please, when making the order, leave an address where you are certain to be at the time of delivery, otherwise, the shipment might possibly be returned.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on the transit times of the courier.
• We are not responsible for the delays caused by the couriers in case of important events (strikes, holidays, bad weather, shipping peaks). We are responsible for packing goods securely and minimizing delays.

All pasta items are prepared in 1 lb containers.

All Family Meals are prepared in 3 1/2 lb containers.

Sausage products are prepared in 1 lb containers.
